			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok. So I weighed myself this morning. My scale said 184 lbs. Which is 3 more pounds more than last week.</p>
<p>3 weeks ago I was 178 lbs. So that is a 6 lb gain in 3 weeks. That means I need to work harder to get where I want to be. I am disappointed in myself for letting me get that far away from my goal.</p>
<p>I did my exercises this morning and I hope I can go back to what i was doing before. Which was exercising 6 days a week.</p>
<p>I am once again watching and thinking about what I am eating and am writing down everything I eat and being very truthful about it.</p>
<p>I had a good day today! But for some reason I have this problem. As soon as dinner is over all I seem to think about is &#8220;what can I eat next?&#8221; During the day I can control my hunger but in the evening my willpower seems to go away. Like right now all I can think about is eatong some jelly beans ( even though I have already had some) and i know that I am not even hungry but I keep thinking that a couple more won&#8217;t hurt me. But they will.</p>
<p>I am starting fresh once again. My new goals is to be at 172 lbs by the end of June and I need all the support I can get to keep me on track.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Thursday, May 14th, we celebrated my hubby&#8217;s birthday at <a href="http://www.dolcevitabahamas.com/" target="_blank">Dolce Vita</a> here in <a href="http://www.elusivebeaches.com" target="_blank">Eleuthera</a> and threw caution to the wind. This restaurant is simply fabulous and we didn&#8217;t want to worry about calories as this was our first time eating here.</p>
<p>Paolo and Manon have created a very cozy atmosphere and Paolo is an amazing chef. We started the night with a couple of drinks &#8211; a Bahama Mama for Geoff and a Yellow Bird for me. Then we had appetizers &#8211; grilled portobello mushrooms and conch spring rolls. On to the main course &#8211; Geoff had venison and I had pork medallions parmagiana. Then came dessert &#8211; OH! MY! GOD! Geoff had an Italian version of Mille Feuille (not sure of the right word in Italian) served with freshly made ginger gelato. I had molten chocolate cake (very dark chocolate) served with a freshly made gelato called Kiss-Kiss which is a mixture of chocolate, peanut butter and almonds.</p>
<p>Everything we had was made by Paolo and Manon, including the gelato.</p>
<p>It made for a very special evening.</p>
<p>We had already decided, though, that come Friday we were seriously back to dieting. And, that&#8217;s exactly what we did.</p>
<p>I weighed myself on Friday morning and was 167.3! Yes, that&#8217;s up, I think even from my starting weight for this blog.</p>
<p>However, I weighed myself this morning and I was 165.6. So, I&#8217;m definitely headed in the right direction.</p>
<p>Geoff and I have decided to try to lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks. Given the amount of weight we both need to lose, this is not an unattainable goal.</p>
<p>As I have now taken to weighing myself daily, I will try to post daily. I&#8217;m hoping that if I slip even a little then weighing myself daily will help me get back on track more quickly.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know that I haven&#8217;t written on here in a while. But I am back and doing great.</p>
<p>Since I last wrote on here I have lost 3 lbs. I am now 178 lbs and it feels great. I am starting to feel bones again. LOL I have ribs again and I have hip bones. It is amazing.</p>
<p>I have given up on Weight Watchers. I don&#8217;t seem to be doing all that good on the online version. I find that if I cheat I don&#8217;t put it on the site then that just screws me up for the whole week.</p>
<p>I am trying something else now. I got this book called <a href="http://www.amazon.ca/Daily-Diet-Journal-Calvin-Smith/dp/097838332X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1241440770&amp;sr=8-1">My Daily Diet Journal</a> from <a href="http://www.amazon.ca/">Amazon.ca</a> and by using that I lost 2 lbs this week. It is a book where you right everything you eat down and then put in the calories, carbs, protein, fiber and fat. I went to another site called sparkspeople.com and it tells me how much of each I should gat a day. So with writing it down and seeing where I am at really helps me stay on track.</p>
<p>I also got myself a <a href="http://www.amazon.ca/Yoga-Conditioning-Weight-Loss-Landon/dp/B00004TKIC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&amp;s=dvd&amp;qid=1241441163&amp;sr=1-2">Yoga DVD</a> for beginners and it is really good. I didn&#8217;t know that Yoga can really work your muscles. I have only tried it once but it is really good and the next day my muscles were a bit tender.</p>
<p>I am so excited that i am in the 170&#8242;s. I haven&#8217;t been this small in about 7 years and that was only for a little while. then I shot right back up again.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow! It looks like it&#8217;s been more than two weeks since I posted last.</p>
<p>We&#8217;ve been so busy getting our <a href="http://www.elusivebeaches.com/dvd" target="_blank">Images of Eleuthera</a> DVD done (it&#8217;s ready to ship now!) and working on our online store &#8211; <a href="http://greenbambooproducts.com/" target="_blank">Green Bamboo Products</a>, that I&#8217;m afraid I&#8217;m just let my diet go to the wayside. Well, maybe not totally. I now know the basics and am more careful with fat in particular.</p>
<p>Anyway, I decided I better weigh myself this morning as we have company arriving on Tuesday so I won&#8217;t be watching things very closely next week either.</p>
<p>I weighed in at 164.4 this morning. That&#8217;s a 1.1 lb. gain, but I guess it&#8217;s not so bad for more than two weeks of being &#8220;bad&#8221;. I still have an overall weight loss of about 7 lbs.</p>
<p>My daughter and my sister are still doing great and continue to encourage me &#8211; thanks, guys!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m trying to get back on track. I WILL get back on track!</p>

It is very similar to weight watchers and weight watchers is sort of endorsing it!</p>
<p>I had a good week this week,, I managed to go down 1 and a half pounds and am happy with that !</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I haven&#8217;t been doing all that great since March. Since the middle of March I have lost only 2 pounds. I am not very happy with my self. I know that I can do this cause i have lost 20 pounds. I just seem to have gotten in a rut. But I am now going to get myself out of that rut.</p>
<p>I am very determined to lose <a href="http://www.simpledietguide.com/1lbs_fat.jpg">2 pounds</a> this week. I am going to try really hard to get back to <a href="http://bongbaby86.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/tearoff.jpg">eating right</a> and <a href="http://www.topnews.in/health/files/little-exercise.jpg">exercising</a>. If I don&#8217;t lose 2 pounds this week. I am going to have to come up with a punishment for myself because I am not going to let myself lose all of the good work I have done to this point.</p>
<p>I gained a pound this week. So I am 181 pounds. So that means Next week I need to be at 179 pounds. Which will hopefully keep me motivated because I will be under the 180 mark. Since I had my first daughter I have only been under 180 once and that was after I had my second daughter and that didn&#8217;t last very long.</p>

So this week is going to be a good week due to my not eating much but I am not yet able to do my exercises because I am still feeling a bit week. Going to the store took a lot out of me and I was kind of shocked because I felt great when I left but just that little bit of effort took a lot out of me so I don&#8217;t  think that I will be getting my exercises in this week.</p>
